I work with individuals and groups who want to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle but don’t know where to start.
During an ad hoc vitality session at your workplace/at my office during your lunch hour (in person/ by phone), you’ll receive straightforward professional guidance on how to boost your energy quickly and easily.
Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on your schedule and may include any/all of the following tailored to your needs:
- specific yoga postures/asanas
- ayurvedic foot treatment (in person only)
- breathing exercises /pranayama
- appropriate nutritional information
Other ayurvedic/yogic treatments/techniques for your particular needs may also be suggested.
