If the skins don&#039;t slip off the soaked almonds when you tub them between your thumb and first finger, add some warm/hot water and leave to soak for a few mins.]]></description>

You are so right about things sneaking up on us over time, and we don&#039;t address them until we suddenly have urgency in our face.  Many people struggle with weight gain and loss.  It&#039;s so much harder to work on the issue once it becomes an urgent matter - i.e. heart disease, joint problems, cholesterol, cancer...all because we didn&#039;t modify our nutrition and activity in the beginnings of our dis-ease. I&#039;ve been doing this - waiting to drink at least 30 min. prior to or after a meal and I&#039;ve felt so much better. I don&#039;t feel as bloated either. I&#039;ll have to try to wait 60 minutes now and see if I notice a difference. :)
