Reducing/ eliminating toxins definitely is a perfect way to improve energy levels. If you&#039;re carrying around fewer toxins in your tissues, your body is lighter, your mind is clearer and your energy is channeled easily to all parts of your body. That&#039;s why I feel it&#039;s so important, especially when you have a busy schedule, to integrate habits and simple techniques into your day which do ongoing cleansing work .</description>

I tend to eat too fast and have been working on becoming aware of this for a while now so your reminder helps! I have taken a foundation course in Ayurveda and highly believe in this ancient system. It makes so much sense. I incorporate it into the aromatherapy products I make and into my life on a daily basis.
